Industry Visit Recap!!

We had an enjoyable time at Yakult and Kok Fah Farms where attendees had the opportunity to taste drinks, pick out their own lettuce and explore the hydroponics system here in Singapore!

Big news for the 7th Annual Food Symposium – we’ve just unlocked a BONUS SPEAKER! 🔓✨

We are super excited to announce that Dr. Maanasa Ravikumar from The Good Food Institute (GFI) will be joining our lineup! She’s a Senior Science and Technology Specialist in cultivated meat and alternative proteins, so if you’re interested in the future of sustainable food, you won’t want to miss this.

7th Annual Food Symposium
Future-Proofing Food: Local Strategies

We invite you to join our Annual Food Symposium by Food Science and Technology Club.
This event explores the various food strategies used by the respective companies in Singapore, guided by three distinguished speakers who shall share their experience and knowledge. We have:

1. Sharon Tay - Director of Food Manufacturing and Agritech at Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG).

2. Yu Sheng Wen - Director of Singapore Food Agency (SFA), leading Strategic and Corporate Planning.

3. Daryl Pek - Co-Founder (Business Development & Legal) & Director (Special Projects & Legal) at Tai Hua Food Industries Pte Ltd
