FRESHERS PRO MAX!
Ayii University proudly held its Freshers’ Orientation on August 7, 2026, marking the official welcome of a new cohort of students into the Ayii University community. The event was celebratory, informative, and focused on setting freshers up for a successful academic journey.
Welcoming Freshers from Across the Region
Hundreds of freshers—drawn from across South Sudan, Sudan, and the wider East African region—were warmly received and introduced into various academic programmes at Ayii University. The orientation underscored the university’s commitment to academic excellence, student support, and building future-ready graduates who will serve their communities and nations with distinction.
Featured Fresher & Ayii University Ambassador: Michael Malith Dak Deng
Among the remarkable students highlighted during the event was Michael Malith Dak Deng, presented with great respect as a standout fresher and an ambassador for Ayii University. Michael is pursuing English Language and is already benefiting from VIP English classes offered through the university’s dedicated language tutors—an initiative that reflects Ayii University’s strong commitment to helping students strengthen communication skills and thrive academically.
Michael also delivered a thoughtful message to his fellow new students, encouraging them to take their studies seriously—not only for their personal growth and future careers, but also for the progress and development of the country. His words served as a timely reminder that education is both an individual opportunity and a national responsibility.
The programme further featured welcome remarks and an inspirational account by Prof. Dr. Isaac Ayii Ayii, the founder of Ayii University, who urged the freshers to remain disciplined, purposeful, and committed to excellence.
The orientation event concluded successfully with a photo opportunity bringing together students, staff, and the fresher ambassador.
The university also announced that lectures will begin on Monday, while registration will continue throughout the week to ensure all freshers are fully enrolled and ready for the semester ahead.
