Guild President, Mr. Aniin Mou Aniin, together with his team, yesterday 20th May 2026 met with the Governor, H.E. Cde. Charles Madut Akol, at the Governor’s Office.

During the meeting, the Guild President briefed the Governor about the upcoming Official Graduation Ceremony scheduled to take place in the first week of November 2026. The discussion focused on preparations and cooperation needed to ensure the success of this important academic event.

And he expressed his full support and commitment towards the official graduation ceremony.
“I will cooperate with you and work hand in hand to make sure the official graduation is successfully conducted,” the Governor stated. He further appreciated the Guild President for engaging and sharing the plans with the Government of Northern Bahr el Ghazal State.
The Governor also emphasized his commitment to supporting students and strengthening collaboration with student leadership.

“Feel free, Northern Bahr el Ghazal belongs to everyone and every student. I will continue cooperating with the Students Union and work together to address their needs,” he added.
