An adjective modifies anoun .it comes infront of it.
Imet akind mam .(akind is an adjective .man is anoun )

2-an independent clause

Using (who )and (whom )in an adjective clause.
The man is friendly.He livesnext to me
(Who)is asubject pronoun .it refers to the (man )
The man [who lives next to me is friendly]adjective clause.
The man was friendly .Imet him
(Him)is an object pronoun .it refers tothe man.
