في إطار تعزيز التواصل المؤسسي، استقبلت رئاسة جامعة المعارف للعلوم التطبيقية وفداً موسعاً ضم نخبة من الأكاديميين، والأطباء، وممثلي الجهات الحكومية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، للاطلاع على العمل النوعي للجامعة.
وشملت الجولة الميدانية استعراضاً للمنظومة البحثية والتعليمية في الجامعة؛ حيث تم تسليط الضوء على موسوعة التعليم العالي التي تم إطلاقها في وقت سابق، والبنية التحتية المتطورة للمختبرات الحديثة المجهزة وفقاً للمعايير القياسية للتعليم التطبيقي. كما اطلع الوفد على نتاج المركز البحثي في الجامعة، وعمل مجلتها البحثية المحكمة التي حازت مؤخراً على المعرف الرقمي الدولي (DOI).
وفي سياق التميز المؤسسي، وتعزيزا" لكفاءة الحوكمة الأكاديمية استعرضت الجامعة أمام الوفد المراحل النهائية لـ جائزة زايري العالمية (Zairi Award)، كإنجاز دولي يسهم في تدويل الجامعة.
وفي ختام الزيارة، أعرب أعضاء الوفد عن تقديرهم البالغ للمستوى المتقدم الذي وصلت إليه الجامعة، مشيدين بالجهود التي جعلت من جامعة المعارف نموذجاً ومؤسسة أكاديمية متكاملة تقدم قيمة مضافة حقيقية لقطاع التعليم العالي والتنمية المجتمعية في سوريا.
As part of its efforts to strengthen institutional communication, the Presidency of Maaref University for Applied Sciences welcomed an extensive delegation comprising distinguished academics, physicians, and representatives of government entities and civil society organizations, with the aim of learning about the University’s distinguished work.
The field visit included a review of the University’s research and educational ecosystem. The delegation was briefed on the Encyclopedia of Higher Education, which had been launched earlier, as well as on the advanced infrastructure of the University’s modern laboratories, equipped in accordance with the standard requirements of applied education. The delegation also reviewed the outputs of the University’s research center and the work of its peer-reviewed research journal, which recently obtained a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
Within the framework of institutional excellence and in support of enhanced academic governance, the University presented to the delegation the final stages of the Zairi International Award, an international achievement that contributes to the University’s internationalization.
At the conclusion of the visit, members of the delegation expressed their deep appreciation for the advanced level the University has reached. They commended the efforts that have made Maaref University a model institution and an integrated academic establishment that provides genuine added value to the higher education sector and to community development in Syria.
