📢 เครือข่ายคริสเตียนโปรแตสแตนท์ฯ จัดตั้งคณะทำงานด้านการขับเคลื่อนคริสตจักรด้านพันธกิจเด็กและครอบครัว เพื่อขยายงานด้านการคุ้มครองเด็กในบริบทคริสเตียนโปรแตสแตนท์ในประเทศไทย

31 กรกฎาคม 2569 – อ.ดร.กัณฐมณี ลดาพงษ์พัฒนา อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรศาสนาและจริยศาสตร์เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ภาควิชามนุษยศาสตร์ คณะสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าร่วมการประชุมองค์กร NGOs คริสเตียนและภาคีเครือข่าย พร้อมกล่าวความเป็นมาของงานด้านศาสนากับการคุ้มครองเด็ก และร่วมเป็นสักขีพยานในพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MoU) เพื่อจัดตั้ง "คณะทำงานด้านการขับเคลื่อนคริสตจักรด้านพันธกิจเด็กและครอบครัว" (Church Mobilization in Children and Family Ministry Working Group) อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ มูลนิธิศุภนิมิตแห่งประเทศไทย กรุงเทพมหานคร
เครือข่ายนี้เริ่มต้นจากการรวมตัวของตัวแทนองค์กรคริสต์ศาสนาเพื่อการพัฒนา ที่เข้าร่วมเวทีเสวนาศาสนากับการคุ้มครองเด็ก ณ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา และได้ขยายวงไปสู่องค์กรคริสเตียนที่มีพันธกิจด้านเด็กและเยาวชน ซึ่งเห็นความสำคัญร่วมกันในการผลักดันงานคุ้มครองเด็กให้เป็นรูปธรรม
🤝 องค์กรที่ร่วมลงนาม MoU:
มูลนิธิศุภนิมิตแห่งประเทศไทย, มูลนิธิดรุณาทร, มูลนิธิพันธกิจพระพร (ไทย), มูลนิธิก้าวพัฒนา, มูลนิธิคริสเตียนเพื่อเด็กพิการ, มูลนิธิ A21 Thailand และมูลนิธิ LIFT International
โดยมีมูลนิธิไชด์อิมแพ็คต์ ร่วมสังเกตการณ์
องค์กรภาคีเห็นพ้องถึงความสำคัญของการมี "กลไกความร่วมมือที่เป็นระบบ" เพื่อเสริมพลังการทำงานร่วมกัน (Collective Impact) ลดความซ้ำซ้อน และต่อยอดจุดแข็งของแต่ละองค์กร โดยมีเป้าหมายร่วมกันในการส่งเสริมความอยู่ดีมีสุขของเด็ก ครอบครัว และชุมชน ผ่านบทบาทของคริสตจักร รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างการปกป้องคุ้มครองเด็ก (Child Protection & Safeguarding) อย่างรอบด้าน
🎯 คณะทำงานจะร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนงานใน 3 มิติหลัก ได้แก่:
1️⃣ การป้องกัน (Prevention)
2️⃣ การเฝ้าระวังและค้นหา (Detection)
3️⃣ การตอบสนองและการจัดการรายกรณี (Response and Case Management)
หลังจากการลงนามข้อตกลงความร่วมมือแล้ว ได้มีการประชุมคณะทำงานด้านการขับเคลื่อนคริสตจักรด้านพันธกิจเด็กและครอบครัว ครั้งที่ 1 เพื่อระบุแนวทางการดำเนินการร่วมกัน โดยคณะทำงานให้ความสำคัญกับการเสริมสร้างกลไกการปกป้องคุ้มครองเด็กในคริสตจักร และได้ร่วมลงรายละเอียดการทำงาน ความคาดหวัง ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ และผู้รับผิดชอบในส่วนต่างๆด้วย

📢 Protestant Christian Network Establishes Church Mobilization in Children and Family Ministry Working Group
Expanding child protection work within the Thai Protestant Christian context
31 July 2026 – Dr. Kanthamanee Ladapongpattana, lecturer in the Religion and Ethics for Sustainable Development program, Department of Humanities, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, took part in a meeting of Christian NGOs and partner organizations, where she spoke on the background and development of work on religion and child protection, and served as a witness at the official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony establishing the Church Mobilization in Children and Family Ministry Working Group, held at World Vision Foundation of Thailand, Bangkok.
This network grew out of a gathering of Christian development organizations that took part in the Religion and Child Protection Forum held at Mahidol University this past February, and has since expanded to include Christian organizations with ministries focused on children and youth — united by a shared commitment to translating child protection work into concrete action.
🤝 Organizations signing the MoU:
World Vision Foundation Thailand, Compassion International (Thailand), Operation Blessing Thailand (CBN Thailand), Step Ahead Foundation, Christian Foundation for Children with Disabilities, A21 Thailand, and LIFT International Foundation
With Child Impact Foundation participating as an observer.
Partner organizations agreed on the importance of a "systematic collaboration mechanism" to strengthen collective impact, reduce duplication, and build on each organization's strengths — with a shared goal of promoting the well-being of children, families, and communities through the role of the church, and comprehensively strengthening Child Protection & Safeguarding.
🎯 The working group will drive its work across 3 core dimensions:
1️⃣ Prevention
2️⃣ Detection
3️⃣ Response and Case Management
Following the signing of the agreement, the Church Mobilization in Children and Family Ministry Working Group held its 1st meeting to identify a shared course of action. The working group placed particular emphasis on strengthening child protection mechanisms within churches, and worked through the details of implementation — including expectations, timelines, and areas of responsibility for each party.
