សិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបស់គម្រោង X-Water ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាស្តីពី "ការលើកកម្ពស់ការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកខ្នាតតូច" ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើង ដោយជោគជ័យនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ។

អ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៥០ នាក់ រួមមានតំណាងសហគមន៍ និងកសិករនៃសហគមន៍កសិករប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកត្រពាំងត្របែក និងតាំងក្រសាំងពីខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង តំណាងមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ មន្ទីរធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ តំណាងអាជ្ញាធរទន្លេសាប និងនិស្សិតមកពីមហាវិទ្យាល័យសិក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ បានចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយលទ្ធផលស្រាវជ្រាវនៃគម្រោង X-Water ដើម្បីបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីតួនាទី និងសារៈសំខាន់នៃការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកខ្នាតតូចសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្សេងៗ​ ក៏ដូចជាចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់អន្តរកម្មរវាងអ្នកបង្កើតគោលនយោបាយក្នុងស្រុក សហគមន៍ និស្សិត និងស្ថាប័នសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ។

ក្រៅពីការបង្ហាញអំពីលទ្ធផលគម្រោង សកម្មភាពអនុវត្តការសម្តែង ឬ Role-play មួយត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ "ការរក្សាតុល្យភាពរវាងការអភិវឌ្ឍជាមួយនឹងការអភិរក្ស និងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកនៅស្ទឹងជ្រៃបាក់" សម្រាប់អ្នកចូលរួម ជាពិសេស និស្សិត ដើម្បីបញ្ជ្រាបការសិក្សាទៅលើប្រធានបទនេះ និងពិភាក្សាវែកញែកថា តើគួររក្សាតុល្យភាពនូវផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច។

Cambodia’s X-Water Dissemination Workshop on “Enhancing Small-scale Water Resource Management” was successfully conducted on 28th February 2025 at the Royal University of Phnom Penh.

About 50 participants including community representatives and farmers of Trapeang Trabek and Tang Krasang farmer water user community from Kampong Chhnang province, representatives from the provincial departments of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, Water Resources and Meteorology, Rural Development, and Tonle Sap Authority, and students from the Faculty of Development Studies of Royal University of Phnom Penh participated the workshop. This workshop intended to disseminate research findings of X-Water project to increase awareness on the roles and importance of small-scale water resource management for communities in Cambodia and its challenges and promote interactions between local policy makers, communities, students, and academic sector.

Besides presenting project results, a role-play activity was held under the theme “Maintaining balance between development and conservation and management of water resources in Stung Chreybak” for the participants, especially students, to expose them in the theme and discuss how different stakeholders' interests can be balanced for sustainable development.

Last week, the Republic of Korea MOFA delegates and Mekong Institute visited Mekong-Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund's X-Water Project Thailand in Mahasarakham to talk with farmers and local government officials.

The X-Water Project has been implemented in the and Sub-districts since 2022 and brought many benefits to the prototype farmers in terms of improving water use and water management, according to the participants at the field visit.

The visit helped the donors better visualize the real of the project on local communities, paving ways for future collaborations in the .

Welcome study visitors On November 27, 2024, X-Water Thailand had the honor of welcoming the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, for a study and research visit. The visit focused on the topic of communication by farmers in the model community of Ban Nong Bun Chu, Ku Thong Subdistrict, Chiang Yuen District, Maha Sarakham Province. The study session was divided into four learning stations related to agricultural communication: 1. Integrated Farming Management 2. Food Security in Agricultural Fields 3. Income-Generating Integrated Farming and Groundwater Bank Management 4. Group-Based Water Management and Mulberry Planting for Sericulture . Farmers from the local community served as instructors, with additional contributions from Asst. Prof. Dr. Keeratiporn Jutaviriya and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wanichcha Narongchai, who facilitated knowledge exchange during the event.
