✈️ Attention Science CU students planning to travel abroad! ✈️

Whether it’s an exchange program, a conference, or research, all overseas travel must be approved by the Faculty before you go. 📝

📌 Quick overview
1️⃣ Inform your Department/Program staff and request approval at least 2 months before departure.
2️⃣ The Department/Program submits the “Request for Abroad Travel Authorization for Students” with supporting documents via LessPaper to the Academic and Student Affairs Division by Monday, 11:00 AM, in the week prior to the Faculty Executive Board meeting.
3️⃣ The International Affairs Unit submits the request to the Faculty Executive Board for approval.

🔄 Need to postpone or extend your trip? Your Department/Program must prepare a letter stating the reason and submit it via LessPaper for reconsideration by the Faculty.
