🇺🇸 **Applications Open: YSEALI Academic Fellows Program 2027!**
Ready to develop your leadership skills, experience the United States, and bring new ideas back to your community?
Apply for the **YSEALI Academic Fellows Program**, an approximately **five-week program in the United States** combining academic learning, community activities, and opportunities to build connections.
✈️ **Funding provided**
There is no participation fee for selected Fellows. The program covers international travel, visa costs, and basic living expenses in the United States.
📌 **Key eligibility requirements**
* Be **18–25 years old by the application deadline**. Exceptional applicants over 25 may be considered if they meet all other eligibility requirements.
* Be a full-time or part-time undergraduate or graduate student, or have completed an undergraduate degree within the past four years.
* Meet the program’s citizenship and residency requirements. Thailand is an eligible country. Applicants must physically reside in an ASEAN member state from October 12, 2026, until the start of their selected Fellowship.
* Be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
* Demonstrate leadership potential, an interest in serving the community, and readiness to participate fully throughout the program.
* Not be an alumnus or alumna of the YSEALI Academic Fellows Program.
**Please note:** Citizens of Myanmar and Laos are not eligible for the 2027 U.S.-based program under the published eligibility rules. Please review all requirements before applying.

* **Spring 2027:** April 1 – May 5, 2027
* **Fall 2027:** September 16 – October 20, 2027

โอกาสสำหรับนักศึกษาที่อยากพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ เปิดประสบการณ์ในสหรัฐอเมริกา และนำความรู้กลับมาสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้ชุมชน ผ่านโครงการระยะเวลาประมาณ **5 สัปดาห์**
✈️ **มีทุนสนับสนุน**
ผู้ได้รับคัดเลือกไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมเข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยโครงการสนับสนุนค่าเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ ค่าวีซ่า และค่าครองชีพพื้นฐานในสหรัฐอเมริกา
📌 **คุณสมบัติสำคัญ**
* อายุ **18–25 ปี ณ วันปิดรับสมัคร** ผู้สมัครอายุเกิน 25 ปีที่มีคุณสมบัติโดดเด่นอาจได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ หากมีคุณสมบัติอื่นครบถ้วน
* กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือบัณฑิตศึกษา ทั้งแบบเต็มเวลาหรือไม่เต็มเวลา หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมาแล้วไม่เกิน 4 ปี
* มีสัญชาติและถิ่นพำนักตามเกณฑ์โครงการ โดยประเทศไทยอยู่ในรายชื่อประเทศที่มีสิทธิ์ และต้องพำนักอยู่จริงในอาเซียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 ตุลาคม 2569 จนถึงวันเริ่มโครงการรุ่นที่เลือก
* อ่าน เขียน และพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
* มีศักยภาพด้านภาวะผู้นำ สนใจทำงานเพื่อชุมชน และพร้อมเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตลอดโครงการ
* ไม่เคยเข้าร่วม YSEALI Academic Fellows มาก่อน
**หมายเหตุ:** รอบปี 2027 ไม่เปิดรับผู้ถือสัญชาติเมียนมาและลาวตามประกาศโครงการ โปรดตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดก่อนสมัคร
