📢 New Publication Alert!
Our latest study, “Hexane extract of Pittosporopsis kerrii Craib mitigates LPS-driven inflammatory responses via JAK/STAT1 pathway inhibition in RAW 264.7 macrophages,” highlights the anti-inflammatory potential of natural compounds derived from Pittosporopsis kerrii. 🌿
🔬 Key findings:
• The hexane extract of Pittosporopsis kerrii (PK-H) significantly reduced NO, iNOS, and proinflammatory cytokine production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages.
• PK-H inhibited STAT1 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation, while also limiting NF-κB nuclear accumulation.
• LC-MS/QTOF profiling identified icacinlactone- and icacinol-type diterpenoids as major constituents of the extract.
• Molecular docking analysis suggested that 12-hydroxyicacinlactone A and icacinlactone A may target the JAK/STAT1 signaling pathway.
🌱 These findings provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti-inflammatory effects of Pittosporopsis kerrii and support its potential development as a natural therapeutic candidate for inflammatory diseases.

📢 New Publication Alert!
Our latest study demonstrates the safety of a curcuminoids–ascorbic acid–polysaccharide–β-cyclodextrin (CUR-A-Poly-β-CD) inclusion complex powder tested in healthy volunteers at a dose of 500 mg curcuminoids.
✅ No serious adverse drug reactions (ADRs) or organ abnormalities were observed after 90 days of use.
✅ Blood, biochemical, and electrolyte levels remained stable throughout the study.
✅ The formulation was well tolerated, with no allergic reactions reported.
These findings support the potential future use of this formulation in colorectal cancer therapy or as a dietary supplement.
