國立清華大學「學習評鑑中心」（Center for Learning Assessment Service，簡稱「學評中心」），於民國100年成立，隸屬於教務處，是國內首度且唯一結合「行政服務」與「校務研究」的單位。
學習評鑑中心以學生學習成效為主軸，配合校級教育目標，聚焦於學生學習成果，援引「校務研究」的概念，除整合評鑑相關資訊外，並嘗試進一步蒐集資料進行分析與研究，提出具實務功能與學術價值的研究結果及精進措施，作為學校政策規畫之參考。
