本中心位於輔英科技大學體育館3樓包含六大區域(H302)，分別為健康評估區、活力體能區、運動樂活區、舒活能量區、飲食健康區、健康環境區等, 相關硬體設備：Wii、投籃機、體適能檢測、重量訓練、身心能量光場檢測儀、紓壓按摩器健康、瑜珈、運動器材、精油及飲食體驗等等。歡迎蒞臨本中心體驗～一起來健康促進吧！
