一、透過課程探索，帶領高中職生體驗大學生充實的生活方式、學業資訊、社團文化，增加對大學生活的憧憬與期望。
二、透過課程設計，培養高中職生自我管理能力，提升對未來及生涯規劃的想法，開拓嶄新的生活。
三、藉由團隊活動，體驗人與人之間的相處方法以及模式，期許未來能拓展良好且廣泛的人際關係。
四、藉由各系學長姐分享與問答，帶領學員了解各科系所學、專業領域、與未來就業出路。
五、啟發高中職生，發展正向的大學生活態度。
