雲心救護社是一個以推廣急救服務的社團，幫助任何所需的人是我們的宗旨，並把感動傳給每一位夥伴，First-Aid今年為第29屆，未來還請大家多多指教。

架站申請表
各社團如需對架站有相關之需求，請依以下步驟完成

step.1
到雲心救護社社團網站上或雲端硬碟之表單下載頁次下載架站申請表單
架站申請
http://firstaid.my.yuntech.edu.tw/表格下載/

step.2
表單填寫完畢後連同活動企劃書一併送到課指組的雲心救護社社團信箱(進去後左手邊)，並用粉絲專頁通知我們

step.3
請於活動前一個月向救護社提出架站申請

step.4
提出申請後3天內，會以專頁回覆是否受理
