We, the Aweil University Students' Union in Uganda (AUSU), would like to warmly congratulate you on your appointment as the Governor of Northern Bahr el Ghazal State by HE. President Salva Kiir Mayardit.

Your appointment comes at an important time for the state, and we believe your strong experience in national military Icadership will be of great value as you take up this new responsibility.
