Metropolitan International University is here to help such people, MIU has a full-tuition bursary scheme where a student pays only functional fees, which is again divided into two semesters hence making education affordable.
Do you have a colleague who failed to get any principle pass at A level, let him or her not repeat S.6, NCHE gave MIU A certificate for higher education that is suitable for such a comrade and after just two semesters, one qualifies for any Bachelor's degree in relation to subject combination he or she did at A level and failed to get any principle pass.
All these are applicable to all MIU campuses.
