DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Alumnus Rev. Roland Beingana

He pursued a Master of Divinity and graduated in 2020.

An anointed minister of the Gospel , Roland's light shone with a promise to bring more souls to Christ; even as he bravely battled abdominal complications that led to his death. 🕯️

He served as a Head Teacher of Ntonwa Seed School and Chaplain of Ntenungi SS, both in Kamwenge District.

His burial will take place on;

🗓️ Wednesday, 12th Nov, 2025.

📍 At his ancestral home in Nkingo, Bigodi Town Council, Kamwenge District.

May the Almighty Lord comfort his friends and family in such a hard time.

Today, we honor these distinguished leaders whose contributions have established Uganda Christian University as a Center of Excellence in the Heart of Africa.

We recognize Emeritus VC Rev. Canon. Dr. John Ssenyonyi (2010-2020), current VC Canon Prof. Aaron Mushengyezi (center), and the first VC, Rev. Prof. Stephen Noll (2000-2010).

Rev. Canon. Assoc. Prof. Grace Lubaale has been elected as the 4th Bishop of Busoga Diocese by the House of Bishops sitting at Lweza on 7th Oct 2025.

He will be consecrated & enthroned on 14th Dec 2025 at Christ Cathedral Bugembe, Jinja.

May the Lord's grace be with you in this Ministry.
