The DAC is committed to enhancing the climate of respect for diversity at McMurry University. We dedicate ourselves to learning more about diversity in its complexities and exposing ourselves to new experiences. We want to foster a more inclusive campus environment by: being a reliable and trusted resource for students and student groups, challenging students to actively engage diversity related issues on campus, and working with administration to address and respond to student concerns.

Today! - Test Taking Strategies with Ms. Erica Medina and Dr. Cindy Martin. 6pm-7m, 2nd Floor Library

October 11-12. Eboo Patel (founder of IFYC) will be on campus! Make sure to register and attend his public talks!

October 12th. Fall Festival! - Campus Activities Board! 5pm-7pm

October 17th- Dr. Waters will be speaking as part of the Better Together Alliance at 12pm.

October 21st- Defend DACA March! 11am-2pm. Sponsored by A Moxy Movement

October 23rd- Politics and Pop! At Mezzamiz from 6pm -10pm

October 24th- Hands Against Violence- Sponsored by the Sexual Assault Prevention Committee. 11am-1pm in the Campus Center

October 26th. Donation Drive for the Noah Project! From 11am-1pm. Sponsored by A Moxy Movement

McMurry University Political Science Professor Dr. Joel Olufowote has agreed to a return invitation to represent McMurry in a federally funded grant initiative of the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs from June 21 through July 26.
