This person best embodies the values of Arcadia swimming. This year, Maggie and Tyler’s teammates awarded this honor to each of them for their tremendous effort and dedication to the team.

Adversity makes the comeback sweeter.

Grace Brooks, a rising senior on the Arcadia swim team, was unable to compete at last year’s MAC Championships due to a shoulder injury. This did not stop her commitment to the team as her determination to return to swimming was unwaivering. For the entirety of the 2021-22 season she jumped in the water each day and kicked with a smile and a strong sense of hope to be able to compete again.

Grace came back this season even stronger and finished up the 2022-23 season competing in a total of 10 MAC Championship swims. This includes a first place finish in the 200 Backstroke, proving once you choose hope anything is possible!

What a great way to start the season with wins for the men and women at Hood College! Many lifetime untapered bests, along with a handful lifetime bests! Special thanks to our amazing parent group for an excellent post-meet meal.

Sights and sounds from the Inaugural Scarlet & Grey Meet last night! We open the 2017-2018 season a week from today, next Saturday @ Hood College.

Putting in the work on a Friday morning! AMRAP day for mid-distance & sprint, while distance group worked on longer swims... Then, full team in the weight room to build strength! This was our 7th workout in five days #RiseAndGrind
