Penn State Abington Health & Wellness Center Penn State Abington Health & Wellness Center provides basic health care, professional counseling services and wellness programs throughout the year.

These free on-campus services are covered by student tuition. Penn State Abington Health & Wellness Center provides basic health care, psychological services and wellness programs throughout the year. Students requiring medical care are referred to an off-campus consulting physician affiliated with Abington Memorial Hospital. The University also offers individual accident and health insurance at a minimal rate.

Every Monday and Tuesday we host an experienced meditation practitioner at the Springhouse Building.

What to Expect
~ Using guided imagery, you'll experience a deep state of relaxation, very similar to hypnosis
~ Soft blankets are provided for those who choose to lay down on the floor and close their eyes (beats sleeping in your car too)
~ By the end of the session, many report feeling like they were in a "trance-like" state, so be sure you're ready to relax and unwind
