On Friday we honored our first-generation community members with a First-Generation College Celebration. First-gen students got to mingle with first-gen alumni, faculty, and staff and enjoy a resource fair, buffet lunch, activities, and games.

Meet Aylin Bulan ‘26M, a graduate student studying International Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) and International Relations & Diplomacy through Arcadia’s accelerated Dual Masters program allowing her earn two Master’s degrees in three years. A Brooklyn native and Coast Guard member, Aylin discovered the dual degree program during a 3 a.m. scroll while working security off the coast of Cuba. With her background in intelligence studies, Aylin is eager to explore conflict resolution skills here and at the American Graduate School in Paris. Living in France has been a dream of hers, and now she’s excited to bring her dreams and studies to life!
