LBCC Theater Auditions-
"I Got Guns" a comedy/musical

This award winning original play written by LBCC faculty examines political viewpoints and gun issues. Created in the slapstick style of Commedia dell' Arte, this play makes fun of extreme conservatives and liberals alike. If you enjoy raunchy slapstick comedy, this is the show for you.

This play is entered as a participating production in the Kennedy Center/ American College Theater Festival which will be held at the University of Oregon this year.

Auditions will be held Oct. 1 & 2 @6pm in the Russell Tripp Performance Center. The auditions will be held in a "workshop" environment. You will learn Commedia character-types, physicality, and humor.

You will have a ton of fun! Guaranteed! For more information contact Dan Stone

Richard is striking the set as we speak, and while our thoughts turn to next year's 43rd annual show, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that, without you, we couldn't make all this magic. See you next year! News of our 2018 show will come out this May!

It’s national Winnie the Pooh Day

Is it really National Winnie the Pooh Day? Did they really create a holiday just because LBCC is presenting "Winnie the Pooh" as its 42nd annual Children's Show next month? And can you really get tickets to that show online right now, at linnbenton.edu/tickets? (Yes to the first and last one, probably a no to that second question....perhaps)

National Winnie the Pooh Day is an annual holiday observed on Jan. 18.
