Education and training during the three years of residency isn't just unidirectional--we've always believed that faculty, no matter how many years from their own medical school graduation, have something to learn from residents and students, too. R3 Dr. Aaron Todd Smith raised the #meded bar on this over the weekend, presenting a workshop (a solo workshop, at that) entitled, "How to Create Easy, Robust Learning Modules in Just Minutes", at the Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM) Alliance Skills and Leadership Conference! Program Director Dr. Sima Desai also presented a workshop: "Enough about Burnout! Let’s Talk Emotional Well-Being and How to Make It Happen."
