Sunset over the Student Farm...
I love that this organization creates a community centered around growing food that is beneficial for the people and our environment! Because of social distancing, I have been trying to support organizations such as this one. In my search I came across a Youtube trailer for a Netflix documentary called "Kiss the Ground" that details how important the role of growing our food and practicing regenerative agriculture is in reversing the effects of climate change! This film is directed by activist and director duo Josh and Rebecca Tickell and features various celebrities such as Woody Harrelson and Ian Somerhalder! It is so inspiring to see a film that provides such an uplifting message of unity about coming together to save our planet! I thought that this page would really enjoy this film because of the way it aligns with your outlook on growing food that benefits the environment. I watched the film the day it premiered and it completely changed my perspective and left me feeling so inspired! I will drop the link to the official trailer, and I’d love to know what you think!
