SKEPTICS WEEK
an entire week of outreaches at UMASS starting today designed to ask and answer tough questions about faith. Several Christian groups have teamed up to reach out with 3 events a day and outreach in between.
Below are pics of students worshipping/interceding for the week at a worship/prayer event last night. Also is a a couple pics of us tabling last week, handing out free coffee from our Freedom Cafe. Also is a picture of the individual talks going on.
Pray that many will come with open hearts and minds. Pray for the speakers from RZIM, the tabling, a Veritas forum on Friday, and for God conversation’s to happen throughout the week.

Midsemester News From Freedom Cafe! -
After starting a year with two volunteers and to about 30 volunteers now, the Freedom Cafe continues to grow. We served about 1,500 drinks last semester and we did 10 educational events in our community instilling the importance of being aware of the issues at hand and the role our organization play...
We are so thankful for all of you who think, pray, and support our ministry. We hope you all have a wonderful day thanking the Lord for what He has done in your life.

Packed house at the open mic last night!Freedom Cafe was educating people about fair trade and human trafficking. Great performances by students both poetry and song. Lots of non-alcoholic drinking to freedom!
It's been a Grand Reopening! Thanks for making it happen!
Wow! What a great month at the new Freedom Cafe! If you have not heard, we have re-opened with a bang! This last month we have served around 938 drinks, yealding us a gross income of $3,310.00. If you were with us for our prior September (2015), that's an increase of 34%!
A great first day at the Freedom Cafe! Some people drive up from Connecticut and Springfield just to be part of the open! :)
This week marks the first week of classes at UMass. Would you take a moment and pray for our staff and students? Pray for divine appointments as we seek to show the love of Christ and expand the kingdom of God through acts of kindness, social justice, and proclamation. Our worship gathering meets Wednesdays at the new Freedom Cafe. We are believing that God is going to captivate the campus! Thanks to all who pray and invest in this effort!
