Looking back at an amazing night last week with OYAs! We inducted our New EBoard! Let’s welcome: Tobiah Passet, Aubrey Gagne, Aidan Mazagonwalla, Rucellie Jimenez, Lili Olsen, Horizon Starwood, and Phillip Chen! And shout out to our project manager Horizon Starwood for winning an OYA for her program “Conversations”! It’s that time of year again to say goodbye to our old Executive Board members and welcome our new ones! Looking back, we have accomplished a lot this 2018-2019 school year: We started with welcoming the old e-board at last year’s Of the Year Awards with our group led by Hunter as President, Abhishek as Vice President, LeeAnne as Treasurer, Tobiah as NCC, Lili as PROC, and Naveen and Horizon as our Project Managers. We ended the semester by going to the NACURH Conference in Arizona during May of 2018. In the Fall, we welcomed Leigh and Karl as our advisors and started the school year off with House Council and Area Government elections and trainings. Horizon started the amazing “Conversations You Want to Have But Can’t,” Philip was elected to fill a Project Managers Position, and in the Spring semester, we elected Ed as our new President and Aubrey as our new Treasurer! Social media was revamped and round tables were reintroduced. “Conversations” continued to push the boundaries and held space for interesting discussions around current issues. In March, we attended the NEACURH conference at Northeastern and made new friends. We finished the year as we began - at the Of the Year Awards to celebrate the student leadership here at UMass.

We are excited to see the amazing contributions the 2019-2020 Executive Board will bring to RHA! Stay tuned for an introduction to our new and returning members! Thank you all for an amazing year. #homeawayfromhome #rha #umass
