Confidential services include crisis intervention, short-term therapy for individuals, couples and families, support and therapy groups, behavioral medicine, psychiatric services, psychological assessment, and an eating disorders clinic. Some of the issues people talk about are: relationships, ethnic, cultural, and racial issues, self-esteem, social and academic pressures, sexuality, GLBTQ issues, drug, alcohol, and food issues, depression, anxiety, loneliness, distress, shyness, fear or anger, concerns about a student, friend, or family member, stress management, thoughts of suicide. No subject is off-limits at CCPH; if something’s troubling you, talk it over with us.
