Excited to see Driver SPG’s latest ROVE project spotlighted in the May edition of the Mann Report!
This is more than a charging stop—it’s a destination. The Costa Mesa facility features 40 DC fast chargers with NACS, CCS, and CHAdeMO connectors, supporting nearly every EV on the road. We transformed a 5,384-SF building into a vibrant amenity hub with a Gelson’s ReCharge market, 24-hour lounge, restrooms, and complimentary Wi-Fi. At ROVE, recharging your car feels just as good as recharging yourself.

Ryan Stichler, Director of Project Development at C.W. Driver and Chairman of the Board for the San Diego North Economic Development Council, joined CSU San Marcos President Ellen Neufeldt at the 13th Annual North County Economic Summit to champion regional growth and innovation.

CSUSM continues to be a driving force in North County’s growth, and C.W. Driver is proud to partner with the University as general contractor for Hunter Hall, the new Integrated Science and Engineering Building currently under construction.

Our San Diego team was all in for this year’s Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Competition! Together with other volunteers, we built 14 playhouses and helped raise over $100,000 to support affordable homeownership across San Diego County. These playhouses, donated to Habitat families, veterans, active-duty personnel, and local kids, ignite creativity and bring joy, all while strengthening our communities. We’re proud to support Habitat’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope!

Grateful to everyone who joined us on April 10th as C.W. Driver Cos. and the Jonathan Club hosted the 6th Annual Blue Ribbon Challenge! Together, we raised over $160,000 for the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation's Character Development Program and the Green Beret Foundation.
A huge thank you to Medal of Honor recipient Colonel Jay R. Vargas, US Marine Corps (Ret.), and Chief Warrant Officer Two Nick Lavery, US Army Special Forces Green Beret, for sharing their powerful stories about the life-changing impact these programs have on students and veterans.

Excited to welcome CSU Fullerton undergrads to the ECS Innovation Hub jobsite for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at construction in action!
Our team led a guided tour of the 42,000-square-foot facility, sharing insights and answering questions about the building process.
Set to open in fall 2027, the ECS Innovation Hub will be a hub of innovation for future engineers and technology leaders. We’re proud to connect students with real-world learning opportunities and inspire the next generation!

We’re proud to participate in the HomeAid Orange County Los Angeles annual Diaper Drive, a community-wide effort with a goal of collecting 1 million essential items for at-risk families with babies and toddlers.
Since 2008, the diaper drive has distributed more than 17 million items to families facing housing and food insecurity—and this year, we’re proud to help continue that impact.

On April 24th, the San Diego team proudly hosted its 9th Annual San Diego Golf Tournament at Maderas Golf Club, bringing together employees, partners, and clients for a great day on the course.
This year’s sold-out tournament raised $30,000 in support of Shelter to Soldier, an organization that transforms rescue dogs into service animals for veterans in need. The event remains a strong tradition for the San Diego team, building on the success of past tournaments and the positive impact they’ve had in the community.

We’re proud to celebrate a major milestone at Cal State San Marcos with the topping out of the Integrated Science & Engineering Building, set to deliver in late 2027.
This 70,000 SF facility is designed to bring together science and engineering programs in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The building will feature classrooms, teaching and research labs, student support spaces, offices, and a café, all centered around innovation and connection.
With a focus on sustainability, the project is targeting LEED Gold certification, supporting CSUSM’s commitment to a greener future.
Thank you to our project partners and everyone whose hard work made this milestone possible. We look forward to seeing this vision come to life.
