Today Veterans Upward Bound had the opportunity to travel all the way to Waldron for outreach — and what an incredible experience it was.

The drive alone was a reminder of how beautiful Arkansas truly is. Rolling hills, peaceful scenery, and small communities filled with heart make trips like this more than just outreach… they become meaningful moments of reflection and gratitude.

We are beyond thankful to have careers that allow us to get out into communities across the state searching for veterans and service members who may need support, guidance, or simply someone willing to help them take that next step toward education and a better future.

It’s a blessing to meet people where they are, hear their stories, and remind them that they don’t have to navigate college, trade school, or benefits alone.

Waldron — thank you for the kindness and hospitality. We’re grateful for every mile traveled and every conversation made along the way. 🇺🇸
