Living In The Flow

Living In The Flow Follow me for inspiration from yoga, mindfulness, and energy medicine teachings and practices. E. The philosophy is holistic and comprehensive.

This page is supported and maintained by Lynn Rossy, Ph.D., Health Psychologist at Healthy for Life, The T. Atkins Wellness Program at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Tasting Mindfulness offers support for people wanting to have an enjoyable and healthy relationship with their food, their bodies, their minds, and ultimately their lives. It grew out of a ten week program entitled

“Eat for Life” that was developed by Dr. Lynn Rossy and Hannah Bush, M.A. and is offered to faculty and staff at the University of Missouri, as well as members of the community. It incorporates mindfulness, the intuitive wisdom of the body and mind, and educational components that support our efforts to be more healthy and conscious about our actions and behaviors. Dr. Lynn Rossy expanded this philosophy into the Tasting Mindfulness community, which uses social media to support people across the world in their quest for a healthy relationship with their food. As we move into Fall, we’re stepping into the season of the Metal Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — and with it, an invitation to practice one of the hardest and most necessary skills we have: letting go. Metal governs the lungs and large intestine, the organs of taking in and rele...

I'm evolving!
You might notice a new name at the top of your feed today. is officially becoming .

Why the change: My path has beautifully expanded. While mindful eating will always be a piece of my foundation, my work has fully shifted toward yoga and energy medicine.

What to expect: More movement, deeper energetic alignment, and tools to help you live in your natural flow. Same soul, just a fresh space that matches where we are headed next.

Important tip: If you want to tag me in a post or story from now on, make sure to type in so I can see it and share it!

Call to Action: Drop a 💫 or a 🌊 in the comments if you are ready to flow with me on this next chapter! 👇
