Mission
Alpha Phi International Fraternity is a membership organization dedicated to promoting sisterhood, cultivating leadership, encouraging intellectual curiosity and advocating service. It is a sisterhood of outstanding women supporting one another in lifelong achievement. Founded in 1872 by 10 women at Syracuse University, Alpha Phi has grown and expanded since then to bring women together from over 150 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. Awards

PHIFA 2026 ⚽️❤️🏟️

This past Saturday, we hosted Alpha Phifa with Phi Kappa Psi - Ohio Theta! We had the best time with our community playing and cheering eachother on. It was a great day to get together and support a cause so close to our hearts! ❤️🧸

A big thank you to every chapter who participated, we couldn’t of made it happen without you guys! We are so appreciative to have your support!

DISNEY LEADERSHIP RECAP ✨🩵🐭

“This past weekend I had the amazing opportunity to represent our chapter at the Alpha Phi Disney Leadership Institute in Orlando, Florida. During this experience, I learned about the key components of being a leader and how to help our girls become better leaders in and out of the chapter. I also visited many of the Disney Parks and made lasting memories with Alpha Phi sisters from all across the continent! I am beyond thankful for the Alpha Phi Foundation donors that made this experience possible and forever grateful to be a sister of Alpha Phi!”- Brooke Raver
