Why is my book $ o.oo
Downloaded app to iPhone. Tried FAQ—freezes! Tried scanner—didn’t work. Typed in ISBN Works but who has time to do that?
If I have duplicates of a book, and decide to sell it to 3 or 5 vendors, do I need to have accounts with each vendor?
How do I sell this. I'm a newbe.
How do I look up a book that has no isbn or bar code. I want to buy it and sell it. Thx!
How do I sell a book that does not have an isbn or bar code
FREE gaylords of books to scan with bookscouter. These are all Amazon rejects. If you are willing to pick up these gaylords in the Los Angeles area, you will find many profitable books using bookscouter. I simply dont have the time to do anything more than Amazon and instead of throwing away $$ I would rather others benefit.
Anyone trying to sell textbooks online, DO NOT USE TEXTBOOKMANIAC. They are a scam. 1 out of 3 transactions they will scam so they can maintain somewhat good reviews but still have a ton of bad reviews about never receiving their money, books missing, and lies upon lies. I have been of the suckers that got super scammed and lied to multiple times by this horrible company and I'm leaving bad reviews on every site I can. A brief summary of my situation: -Sent 4 books via USPS 3-4 weeks ago. -Didn't hear from them at all so I sent an inquiry email about the status this morning, but didn't know that they had actually sent out a status update of my order early this morning. -The status update they sent me this morning stated that 3 out of the 4 books arrived safely, but due to possible damages to the shipping box, one of the books never arrived. (biggest load of bs ever. How would ONE textbook just happen to slip out of a box?!?!) "Textbook Maniac Wed 2/13/2019 10:25 AM Dear seller, As you may be aware, one item is missing from your shipment for order 00190370. One copy of ISBN 9780323396219 (deWit's Fundamental Concepts and Skills for Nursing) was not included in the shipment. It is possible that your package was damaged in transit." -I called them immediately asking them to explain the situation. They started telling me that the box must have been damaged en route to them. So I said if the box was damaged during shipping, I would have been notified by USPS. Then they change their story to "the box was intact. The textbook was never in there. You must have accidentally lost the book or never sent it." OH MY GOSH..............SJKDJHASDJFLAJDFLJAKDJ -I'm checking the weight of the books online and comparing it with the USPS box I sent out and it seems to match up perfectly. I DID SEND ALL FOUR BOOKS. -Just then I receive a reply to my inquiry of status update on my order email that I had sent this morning (the email i sent before all this happened). "Dear Jennifer, You should have received an e-mail, today, asking if we could deduct $65.10 from your payment, since the Fundamental Concepts of Skills for Nursing book was an unsellable copy that the publisher gives to Instructor's for free, and we cannot sell it. Please look for the e-mail, as there were probably details in it about sending the book back to you, if you wanted. Thank you for the inquiry, Amy Textbook Maniac" So now they've been busted lying to me. They DID receive my book, and for some reason, decided to play it off like I lost the book. -After many phone calls and emails back and forth, I found reviews online with very similar situations. Sellers being blamed for losing the books or not sending the right book, sending in bad condition books when they were actually almost brand new, sellers sending in non-sellable books like instructors manuals but now have no proof to show that they were the actual student textbook. VERY VERY VERY SHADY SCUMBAG COMPANY. How do businesses like this stay in business? I asked them to send my book back if they can't sell it, and they changed their story for the millionth time saying that this was all miscommunication on their part, and that they really don't have the book so they can't give me money for it nor can they send it back to me. I don't care about the money or the book at this point. I am super angry at the fact that these scumbags are getting away with scamming people. I just want all the 3rd party book sellers, like BookScouter that recommend these online book buying/selling companies to stop recommending such horrible companies for the small percentage commission they're getting. Moral of the story: I should have read the reviews on this company before sending them my books. I actually always check reviews on everything but it's because I trusted BookScouter that they would only recommend trustworthy companies. So yeah, BookScouter step yo game up and filter out scumbags yeah?
I try to sign up but it will not take my email
I have an old pendulum clock for sale
Any idea when your site will be fixed?
Could you please post outages and when they should be resolved? It seems that the website and app are not very reliable recently.
