My company, Wellcare Home Health is a seeking a new Director of Clinical Services. We are located in Dayton, OH. I'm still developing the job description as we speak, but if you know anybody who may be interested please message me. I'm looking for a candidate that has at least a bachelors in nursing--must have experience as a case manager and then understand the compliance rules of Medicaid and medicare. We are a 5 million dollar company and are looking to grow and expand or mission to service strengthening families-- or employees and community at large. This whole organization is in the process of being restructured, and revamped. Wellcare is over 14 years old but I am rebranding everything--and also looking to align with other organizations in Ohio that center on strengthening families. I'm even considering merging with existing organizations that provide work force development.
