is a national business and professional sorority which seeks to:

Unite in sisterhood qualified business and professional women in order to enhance and improve the status of women in our highly complex, competitive business and professional world;

Promote increased interest in the broad field of business education among high school and college young women through planned programs and scholarships;

Encourage the development of personal goals and leadership potential; and

Establish and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults. The Sorority's most recent and national youth projects place emphasis on the social, economic and psychological needs of youth by offering programs of remediation through tutoring, career exploration and teen pregnancy prevention.

Is there something in your life that feels like it's ending? Hear this: God is the God of the new beginning. 🌱
In Joshua 1, God told Joshua to lead the Israelites into the promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey, a good and fruitful place. It was a new beginning with new opportunities. And God didn't send him in alone. He reassured Joshua that just as He was with Moses, He would be with him too. All Joshua had to do was be strong and courageous.

That same word is for you today. Be strong and courageous. God is with you too, and He promised never to leave you or forsake you.
And because you are in Christ, you are a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, new things have come! (2 Corinthians 5:17) 🙌🏾

Whatever you're stepping into, you are not stepping in alone. Your promised land is waiting.

October is here, and the number 10 is a reminder of Divine Order, Completeness, and Human Responsibility. 🌿

Whatever season you're walking through right now, hold onto this: "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion." (Philippians 1:6)

God is faithful to finish what He starts. No circumstance can keep Him from hearing your prayers and your cries for help. So don't let what you're facing, or anyone around you, speak louder than the Word and Voice of God.

Your story is not over. The unfinished places in your life are not forgotten. They are held by the One who never leaves a work incomplete.

God has the final say! 🙌🏾

Today, we celebrate World Teachers’ Day! 🍎💚

The Ladies of the Dynamic Delta Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. are proud to honor the educators who inspire, empower, and help shape the next generation of leaders.

Through our annual Turtles & Teachers initiative, created in observance of American Education Week, we have had the privilege of bringing educators and community members together to celebrate their impact, provide meaningful resources, and create space for fellowship, wellness, and professional growth. 🐢✨

As we look back on the past two years, we’re grateful for every educator who has allowed us to celebrate and support the important work they do both inside and beyond the classroom.
