Mariners Auxiliary

Mariners is an auxiliary and support group to the Naval ROTC unit, as well as a service organization War Eagle!

We are the NROTC Auxiliary group for the Auburn University NROTC unit. We aim to serve those who serve us and better our amazing community and campus.

We would like to introduce our new treasurer, MyKayla Taylor! Hear what MyKayla has to say about how she treasurers the Mariners.

“One special thing about Mariners Auxiliary is the sisterhood we create. Most members have some familial relation to the military whether it be their family serving presently or in the past. Because of this, our girls know just how impactful it can be to stand by the side of Auburns Naval ROTC program as they are our future leaders and service members. As a Mariner, we become a representation of selflessness in the Auburn community.”

We are so thankful for all our former president, India, did during her time! Here is what India has to say about it.

“I am so proud of what all the Mariners have accomplished under my reign as president! All the girls in the Mariners have helped shape me to be the best president I could be. I am so thankful I could be president and show how thankful I am for our military! I’m going to miss this organization so much. Thank you to everyone!”

Next up on Midshipman Monday is sophomore, Jackson Haber!

Jackson is a 3/C here studying Mechanical Engineering. He plans to go into the Navy with the hopes of receiving Special Warfare as his assignment. He said his favorite thing the Mariners do for the Unit is provide snacks after their PRT’s. His favorite Auburn tradition is the Auburn football games!
