Augusta HBCU Alumni Alliance meets at 9:00 am on the fourth Saturday of every month at the Highland Avenue Fire Station (across from Daniel Field).
$250 one-time enrollment fee for Chapters. These funds are used to cover general operating expenses and seed money to cover event expenses before revenue is generated. This alleviates the burden of contributing additional funds throughout the year. The GAHBCUAA profitability structure secures Chapters against any losses when the event breaks even or has positive income.

The Greater Augusta HBCU Alumni Alliance was organized in 2013. Our purpose is to generate a greater awareness of the valuable contribution that Historically Black Colleges and Universities have made to world societies. We target high school students and encourage them to consider an HBCU when selecting a school of higher learning. We offer scholarship to qualified students enrolled in a Historically Black College or University.
The Greater Augusta HBCU Alumni Alliance supports the community in many ways. In addition to scholarships, we sponsor a college day activity each year featuring HBCU institutions. We provide school supplies to grade and high school students. We provide college and career counseling in the high schools. We also sponsor an annual 5K run/walk and health fair to get the community involved in an active life style and educate them on critical health issues. We provided food baskets to needy families during the holidays.
