It’s FINALLY Day 0 {Orientation} for Texas State Panhellenic Council!! 🎉 Our girls are ready and looking forward to meeting all of the PNM’s that will visit each chapter with their RC group. After today, they will break until Friday and the rounds will take place during Labor Day weekend! This weekend, Texas Chi O ❤️💛 concluded their recruitment season extending 90 bids to new members! With approximately 1,400 PNM’s this cycle, we can only imagine how hard the teams and members have been working the last week and beyond!! Panhellenic total at Texas was set at 341 and Iota is now above total at 348. Help us congratulate these collegiate sisters for a job well done! IN JUST TWO SHORT WEEKS 🏈 Texas Football will take on Texas State Football for the first time since October of 1930 DKR Memorial Stadium!! 🧡🐱< pls use your imagination with me and pretend that’s Boko and Koko! Both universities and programs have come a long way in 96 years, so let’s {if you’re a Bobcat!} hope Texas State University can get some points of the board this time! After investigating what it would cost to get some tickets 🎟️ for a real life experience, Nicole and I settled on a Watch Party 🎉 Pins Austin instead! They have food trucks, beverages, indoor televisions and occasionally outdoor music! Join us to cheer on Central Texas football! 🏟️

I came to the decision to share this local, sorority owned FAMILY business by the experience I had there yesterday. Owners Connor & Caitlin are sisters in blood AND in Theta’s black & gold! After graduating from Ole Miss and Alabama, respectively, they decided to open a boutique in Austin! ❤️ Lucky us!

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but the amount of not only Greek gifts, but stores, have been in decline since I was a collegian. It may be because I’m slightly obsessed with Chi Omega 😉 {who would have guessed, right?!}, but, I also love a great shop with fun presents! Not only does the store carry Greek gifts, they have a license with the University of Texas to produce some jewelry! 🤘🏼🐂🧡 *I may have gotten myself a ‘work bracelet’ during my visit. They also carry a selection of clothing.

The owners were in Dallas at market yesterday, but I can’t wait to go back and meet them! Your mom is an excellent shop keep, btw!
