Eilliott Kircshenmann is a fourth generation Kern County resident and was born and raised in Shafter before moving to Bakersfield. He is a graduate of Shafter high school and went on to attended Bakersfield College and then the University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in Business and Finance. Currently Elliott serves as the Ward 2 representative and Chairman of the City o

f Bakersfield Planning Commission and works for a local developer. As your Councilman Elliott will:
