LET’S A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E.! ✨
On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the Alpha Psi Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Beaumont, Texas had an amazing time hosting our Annual Retreat with the Alpha Psi Sigma Philos and the Mu Epsilon Chapter of Lamar University! 💙💛
This year’s theme was “Let’s A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E.” — A.C.T.I.V.A.T.E. in making a greater difference in the world through Social Action.
We kicked off the retreat with a wonderful icebreaker, where each soror received a card with an encouraging message and was challenged to “Pass This to A Soror.” What a beautiful reminder of the power of sisterhood, encouragement, and connection!
Our elected Basileus, Dr. Soror Cypria Flowers, led us in an important reflection on the past sorority year. We took time to consider how our chapter performed, what we accomplished, what we learned, and where we can grow.
Because how can we move forward if we don't take time to look behind?
We also took a special moment to express our heartfelt appreciation to our Past Basileus, Soror Isha Wiltz, for her leadership, dedication, and service to Alpha Psi Sigma. The chapter presented her with a special gift as a token of our gratitude. 💐💙💛
We also inducted the new eboard for the 2026–2028 sorority year, celebrating a new chapter of leadership, vision, and service for Alpha Psi Sigma.
This retreat was more than a meeting—it was a time to reflect, reconnect, recharge, and prepare to ACTIVATE!
We are ready to make an even GREATER difference in our communities and in the world through Social Action. ✨
