The Brethren of St. James Lodge #775 is giving back to the community once again by providing FREE Back-to-School Haircuts and mentorship for our young men!

WHO:
The Brethren of St. James Lodge #775 in partnership with Superior Barbershop & Beauty Salon (1010 S. Park Ave., Dothan, AL)

WHAT:
FREE Back-to-School Haircuts and life skills mentorship for young men. Participants will learn valuable life skills, including:

How to connect jumper cables

How to change a tire

How to tie a necktie

Lessons on manhood, responsibility, and respect

🎒 Free backpacks will also be given away while supplies last.

Alabama Grand Lodge (PHA) District 6 Lodge of the Year Award (3rd Place)- ST. JAMES #775

Some of the Brothers of St. James #775 attended the annual St. John the Baptist Day celebration in Troy, AL.

Of the 12 lodges in District 6, covering Barbour, Bullock, and Pike counties, St. James #775 was selected as one of the Lodge of the Year awardees.

Please tip your hat and offer heartfelt salutations to them esteemed, hardworking Brothers who work tirelessly to serve others.

BUILDING & BONDING!!!!

The Brothers of St. James #775 hosted a free Mother’s and Father’s Day BBQ Celebration to recognize the mothers and fathers in our community. Despite the rain, many deserving community members came out and celebrated with some delicious BBQ. Many senior community members weren’t able to attend, so the Brothers distributed over 100 plates to them.

A special thanks to Alesha “Tootie” Scarver and the ladies of Bertha B #45 OES Chapter, as well as Mrs. Beasley. Your support and dedication was instrumental to the success of this event.

Celebrating Excellence in District Six! ✨🎉

The Alabama Prince Hall Master Masons and Order of the Eastern Star, PHA, District Six, proudly congratulate Ms. Sa’Miya Marion on being awarded the inaugural Billy Morris, Keith Freeman, Ethel Fields, and Alice Kendrick Scholarship! 🏆📚

This prestigious scholarship honors dependents and family members of Master Masons and Order of the Eastern Star members who exemplify outstanding academic achievement—and Ms. Marion has truly risen to the occasion!

Through her hard work, dedication, and determination, she earned a first-ballot selection by the District Six Scholarship Committee, represented by Barbour High School Representative, Worshipful Master Ronald Helms (St. James #775, PHA).
