During the month of May, the Zeta Youth Affiliates (ZYA) of the Courageous Commonwealth of Massachusetts attended a Mental Health: Mind Matters program! 💚

May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month, and our ZYA had the opportunity to learn valuable wellness strategies and participate in engaging activities led by Dr. Nicole Christian-Brathwaite, MD.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Christian-Brathwaite for equipping our young ladies with practical tools to “unpack their backpacks,” identify stressors, and understand the difference between what they can control and what they cannot. These lessons encouraged self-awareness, and healthy coping skills that will serve them well beyond the program. 💙🤍

Finer Friday 🕊️

This past weekend, the Undergraduate Sorors and Advisors of the Courageous Commonwealth of Massachusetts gathered for our annual Undergraduate Retreat, themed Back to the BasicZ. 💙

Sorors spent time learning how to plan for the sorority year ahead, reflecting, and celebrating our graduating seniors. We also recognized Soror Adele Jean of Chi Eta Zeta Chapter and Soror Karynne Estrada of Delta Omicron Zeta Chapter for their impactful work supporting undergraduate chapters.

Shoutout to our State Undergraduate Coordinators, Sorors Shamone Burns (ΧΗΖ) and Imani Luckey(ΔΟΖ), for a successful retreat!

Leadership truly thrives here!! 👏🏾
