Four of my clients checked in this week in the yellow zone.

There’s a difference between a bad week and a yellow one — and I need you to know it.

Red = you stopped. You’re out. Yellow = you showed up imperfectly. Missed something, slipped on nutrition, life won a round. And you’re still here.

I know you. When you can’t execute, you call it failure. But that story is what causes the spiral. Not the missed session.

A yellow week still moves you forward. Red is when you stop.

DM me YELLOW if this one hit. 👇

Most women assume a plateau means something needs to change. Women who get results recognize it usually means something needs to finish.

Adding more to a good enough plan you’re not completing is just more to feel behind on.

If you’ve been tweaking your routine more than running it - that’s worth sitting with.

She went to a beach weekend with three different friend groups. In a swimsuit. And didn’t think about it once.

This is what a full year of showing up looks like.

Not a before/after. Not a number on a scale. Just a woman who did the work for a year and spent a whole weekend fully present.

That’s the goal. Every time.

I take on 3–4 new clients a month. Link in bio if you’re ready.

This month sold out. 🙃

Every third Thursday, FBZ shows up IRL in Brooklyn — we’re an online fitness + nutrition coaching service, but once a month we gather in person. It’s one of the many touchpoints that makes working out feel different from just an app.

This month’s theme: Your Environment As A Jungle Gym.

Hanging. Rotating. Balancing. Moving through space like you’re 8 and someone just handed you the room unsupervised.

We’ll try some things. Some may look ridiculous. All of them will be fun and purposeful.

June is next — and it’s a good one. We have a guest physical therapist joining us to work on pelvic floor strength and how it connects to your deadlift.

(Yes, really. Yes, it matters. Yes, you want to be there.)

This month filled up. June could too after tomorrow. DM me if you want the link to join, it’s $10 in BK, 7-8pm on 6/18.

Just start!

The biggest risk is not strength training vs. cardio vs. class-based fitness vs. Pilates; it's inertia. If you're not able to make it to the gym right now, take one daily five minute walk. Focus on what you CAN do, and do it.

The hardest part? Starting alone.
But you don’t have to start alone - FBZ is here.

A client told me she literally cannot do squats. She’d been saying it for years. Fully believed it.

Eight weeks later, she’s doing them while casually chatting like a boss.

Here’s what we did: she didn’t get a technique overhaul. She didn’t do a squat-specific program. She just did a few minutes, a few times a week — low stakes, no performance pressure, no moment where she had to be good at it yet.

That’s how motor skills are actually built. Small, frequent exposures beat long, infrequent ones every time. Your nervous system learns through repetition, not through effort alone. Five minutes daily will outpace one hour weekly — not because of willpower, but because that’s how the brain wires new movement patterns.

Then one day you’re doing the thing without thinking about it.

What she thought was a physical limitation was really just a skill that hadn’t had enough reps yet. Now she’s adding a push up goal.

Tell me FBZ family: What’s on your can’t list? 👇

If what used to work isn’t working anymore, it might not be that you’ve tried everything. It might be that you’ve tried everything except the few things that actually matter.

If you want strength, structure, and a plan that actually fits your life, let’s talk it through together.
