We can't wait to see all that this next class will accomplish. We are also excited to unveil one of the latest results of ideation and creation from the UWG Garage (), our community chalkboard in the Perry Building atrium! Be sure to take a moment to stop by and "chalk up" what you hope to achieve this year!

Welcome to Perry College. Your journey starts here. Coming up next, first day of class!

Congratulations to the UWG Geosciences Club on receiving the American Institute of Professional Geologists (AIPG) Student Chapter Excellence Award!

Since becoming an AIPG Student Chapter in 2010, the club has built a strong tradition of excellence. UWG students have earned Georgia AIPG scholarships year after year, along with five national AIPG scholarships - demonstrating the club's longstanding commitment to academic achievement and professional development.

This prestigious recognition also reflects the club's dedication to serving the community. One of their signature initiatives, the annual Campus River Cleanup, brings students together to help preserve the stream that runs through campus. Efforts like these continue to make a lasting impact both on and off campus.

Congratulations to the club's advisor, Dr. Randa Harris, President Allen Tennyson, Vice President Alexis Thacker, and all of the Geosciences Club members on this outstanding achievement!
