In case anybody struggles with sugar cravings and healthy eating or diabetes:

A common misconception - dark chocolate can be the same as artificial sweeteners, it can just make cravings more severe over time, even tho it can be a good option for the moment. Dark chocolate specifically does have many overall healthy benefits.

Bananas with whipped cream (or anything that tastes good with whipped cream, like angel food cake, is decent for diabetics), and multigrain cheerios as they're full of nutrients and vitamins and a cup shouldn't raise your sugar, frozen treats like popsicles, frozen yogurt... the freezing process actually lowers the glycemic index of foods such as breads too. (Frozen whipped cream or cool whip gives you that ice cream craving fix).

An example of misrepresenting statistics.

Nothing in this claims what this person states. You can compare those specific 2 things from people who got Covid without the vaccine (cuz even with the vaccine it only LOWERS RISK which means covid can still cause these things and death in those who are vaccinated, it's just extremely lower - which this can also represent). But, taking those two into consideration with covid with no vaccine is so much higher and does not include still all the other awful things that came from it, including death.

So.... try to add the control (covid/ no vaccine) to these stats that are completely taken out of context. (Stats mean nothing without background).
