Ingrid has dedicated her career to advancing student success, prison education, and juvenile justice reform. From serving as the inaugural Executive Director of the Falcons Academic Center of Excellence (FACE) to leading initiatives that support incarcerated learners through the Second Chance Pell program, she has consistently demonstrated that education can transform lives. She is also a respected mentor, educator, author, parent educator, and national presenter whose work continues to influence higher education and correctional education across the country.

Our firm has proudly partnered with Jarvis Christian University since 2024, supporting the design and development of the Executive Leadership Academy and helping reimagine the University’s digital learning and online education strategy. It has been a privilege to witness the institution’s continued growth under the leadership of President Dr. Glenell M. Lee-Pruitt.

On October 1, 2025, J. Reed & Associates officially entered into a contractual partnership with Meharry Medical College. This engagement has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Since our founding in April 2020, our firm has been committed to supporting HBCUs by delivering innovative solutions that advance equity, access, and institutional excellence.

New website launching soon.

Thank you for being part of this amazing moment in history. This firm has been dedicated to providing pathways for justice involved people since its inception. We are knocking down barriers and leading with excellence.

As of February 5, 2026, we are 11 clients strong - and still building. Newest project will launch February 18th with City Colleges of Chicago. We have made significant progress towards launching an alternative school with Option to Success and there is still more to come.

Today, I had the distinct honor of presenting my strategic framework and transformation plan for Prison Education in Rock Hill, SC-to President Pamela Richardson Wilks and the Executive Leadership Team of Clinton College.

Under the fierce, forward-thinking leadership of Dr. Wilks, the College is entering a bold new chapter — one grounded in accountability, strategic growth, innovation, and a renewed commitment to Prison Education as a pathway to access, equity, and second chances.

Through J. Reed & Associates, my work is rooted in partnering with institutions to strengthen systems, elevate operations, expand Prison Education Programs, and build pathways for sustainable growth. I’m excited to officially welcome Clinton College as our newest client and strategic partner.

This season is about transformation, intentional leadership, and preparing institutions to thrive in a changing higher-education landscape. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support President Pamela Wilks on this journey and help accelerate the vision already unfolding.
