Make Chicago Smile Make Chicago Smile was started in 2016 as an Uncommon Fund project. We'd love your ideas - come join us!

Our initiative aims to encourage positivity and create avenues for students to express joy and care for others. Inspired by projects like Make DC Smile and Improv Everywhere, a group of students at the University of Chicago started Make Chicago Smile into 2016 as a way to bring positivity to their university and city. Past projects have included positive sign holding/posting, coffee sleeve making, a gigantic chalkboard project, and more.
