The Pi Omicron chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi at Austin Peay State University Alpha Omicron Pi supports a spirit of fraternity and love among its members. AOII ♥

We stand at all times for character, dignity, scholarship and college loyalty. We invite you to share in numerous leadership opportunities and a wonderful sisterhood as we begin our new chapter at Austin Peay! One of the fraternity’s founding principles encourages us to be of service to others and to bring into the world around us a spirit of love- not for self-glory, but as an opportunity to give something back to our community. While learning or serving, we are sharing these moments with the best of friends, our AOII sisters! :)

Today, on World Arthritis Day, we celebrate a cause that is so near and dear to our hearts! As AOIIs, we are incredibly proud to call the Arthritis Foundation our international philanthropy. Supporting those affected by arthritis, spreading awareness, and making a difference in the lives of others means so much to our sisterhood!!!

Ally is from Trenton, TN and is majoring in Nursing!

Some of her favorite things to do are playing her saxophone, trying new foods, and drawing.

When asked why she chose AOII, she stated: “I chose AOII because everyone felt so welcoming and I felt like I could be my truly authentic self!”

Cadey is from Lebanon, TN and is majoring in Speech Language Pathology!

Some of her favorite things to do are line dancing, playing guitar, singing, shopping, going to concerts, and hanging out with her friends.

When asked why she chose AOII, she stated: “I chose AOII because it felt like home to me. The second I started talking to the girls I felt welcomed and loved. I’ve never felt a feeling of judgement or resentment from anybody within AOII! I knew the second that I joined AOII, that so many opportunities would be present to me. I ultimately chose AOII because I had a genuine connection with the girl within the sorority!”

We had an incredible time working with Sigma Kappa - Lambda Iota & Pi Kappa Alpha | Eta Tau Chapter this year for homecoming! It’s been a full week of a week full of late nights, pomping paper, Govs pride, unforgettable memories, and the best people by our side!!
