This year marks my 5th anniversary as a Short Term Rental Host + Owner☺️ and I'm so happy to add this one to the portfolio. There are so many wonderful memories I've had and honestly just a few bad ones. When you do short term right..it literally runs as smooth as butter 🧈

I could go on and on about this topic so here's what I will say: LOCATION, COMMUNICATION, and CLEANLINESS will have you at Super Host Status ⭐️ every single time!

Dear Summer Twenty Four:

3 closings in the last three weeks has been amazing but this one is the most special❤️

Back Story:
Got a call to consult on a short term rental...while sitting on their porch I told the owner that the house next door would be "bad for business" because it was a complete eyesore😕. He then jokingly says: "I mean what...you wanna buy it?" of course I said "YES" (I literally was just playing around). He contacts the owner and a month or so later I was under contract & have officially CLOSED✅🏡

This soon to be Triplex wont be a walk in the park but I'm up for the challenge. New construction is my passion but residual income will always be a part of my portfolio.
