Hey everyone! 🌟
Looking for a way to de-stress, reset, and recharge before finals? The SKY Happiness Retreat is an evidence-backed meditation course that is happening next weekend!

UMD students can receive a full scholarship for this program, which includes:

• Guided meditation and yoga (SKY Breath Meditation)
• Practical tools to help improve focus and manage stress
• A chance to connect with other students outside of class
Date:  May 2–4
Location: School of Public Health (SPH)
Time: Saturday & Sunday: 12–4 pm | Monday: 6:30–9:30 pm
