⋈･･ 🌎✈️ Moving Abroad Checklist: Things I Wish I Knew Before Leaving Japan🤍海外留学・移住前にやらないと後悔すること5選 ⋈･･

The first one is actually something that I didn’t do very well and regretted …! It’s really hard to prepare everything while you’re trying to move out of your old place / book flights / learn the new language … etc. but these five things you should always keep in mind🤍

① Save your medical records
② Visit your dentist before you leave
③ Stock up on things that are hard to replace abroad
④ Save photos of family, friends, and places you love
⑤ Don’t try to prepare perfectly

海外留学・移住前に何しておいたらいい？
と最近とてもよく質問いただくので、

私がアメリカに来てから
「やっていてよかった」
「あれやっておけばよかった🥲」
と思ったことをまとめてみました。

ただ、どれだけ準備しても、
住んでみないと分からないことは必ずあります！
完璧を目指しすぎなくても大丈夫☺️

⋈･･ 海外移住でまずやるべきこと5選 / 5 things you should do first when moving abroad ⋈･･

When I moved from Japan to the US, I was honestly so scared because I had no idea where to start.
Looking back, these are the 5 things (both practical and emotional) that I wish I knew sooner!

I hope this helps someone who’s planning their own move feel a little more at peace.

海外移住のために、まず何からやるべき？
とよく質問をいただくので、
私の実体験をベースにまとめてみました。

事務的な準備はもちろん、
当時は誰にも言えなかった「気持ちの面」の備えまで。
最初どこから手をつければいいか分からず、
不安で仕方がなかったあの頃の自分に
教えたいことを詰め込んでいます。
